Electronic newsletters: We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. We gather the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users can also subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration. If you decide to un-register with us by deleting your GolfMission profile, all your personal information will be removed from our system.
Usage Tracking
GolfMission tracks user traffic patterns throughout all of our sites. However, we do not correlate this information with data about individual users. GolfMission does break down overall usage statistics according to a user's domain name, browser type, and MIME type by reading this information from the browser string (information contained in every user's browser).
GolfMission sometimes tracks and catalogues the search terms that users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.
Cookies
We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie cannot read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. GolfMission uses cookies to track user traffic patterns (as described above). Our advertising system delivers a one-time cookie to better track ad impressions and click rates.

Payment Methods
Paypal
PayPal provides secure online payment services. With PayPal, you can pay for your purchase with a credit or debit card, bank account or if you are registered PayPal user with your PayPal balance. All transactions are carried out in UK pounds sterling only. If you are shopping from outside the UK, we can accept the payment through PayPal and your payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. You may be charged for this service.
Sage Pay
GolfMission accepts most UK debit cards, MasterCard and Visa. All transactions will be processed by the secure payment gateway provided by Sage Pay www.sagepay.co.uk. GolfMission does not hold credit card details. During the payment process the card issuer will be asked to perform the usual verification checks. If you are shopping in Europe or the USA we can accept the payment through Sage Pay and your payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. You may be charged for this service. For the rest of the world please make your payments through PayPal.

Transactions from outside the UK
All transactions are carried out in UK pounds sterling only. All payments from outside the UK can be accepted through PayPal.
Sage Pay will accept payments from Europe and The USA. Your payment will be converted automatically by your credit card company into your local currency. You may be charged by them for this service.
NOTE
When placing an order, the customer undertakes that all details provided to GolfMission are true, accurate and valid, that the customer is authorised to use the payment card, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the purchase.

Orders - Online Purchase of Goods
When ordering products on this website the buyer is agreeing to purchase at the price and in the way described. GolfMission acceptance of the order is conditional on the payment receipt, acceptance of payment and the ability of GolfMission to provide the item.
If for any reason we cannot supply an item we will refund your payment in full.
Following the necessary payment and address checks, and subject to payment approval we will dispatch the order. Our acceptance of an order takes place at point of dispatch.
GolfMission reserves the right to refuse an order. In the event of this, you will be notified as soon as possible. Where, for any reason the item cannot be provided any payment received will be refunded in full. There may be circumstances when GolfMission has to refuse to accept an order, for example if the items selected are unavailable, or it has not been possible to obtain authorisation for your payment or if in the unlikely event that there has been a price or product description error. All refunds are given at the discretion of the company management.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the card holder if we have been advised that the card use has not been authorised and the order does not comply with our Terms & Conditions as well as, but not exclusively, for security reasons.
For security purposes, all unusually high orders, in value or quantity, will have to be verified. We may contact you and your credit provider.

Deliveries
We deliver to the UK, Europe and selected countries in the rest of the world.
Individual orders are sent via Royal Mail services and may require a signature on delivery.
Orders over 1.5kg in weight will be sent via Fedex overnight. All orders will require a signature on delivery.
Customers are required to check all the information they provide when making a purchase. GolfMission will not be responsible for items lost or delayed due to customers supplying an incorrect delivery address.
It is a Company policy to confirm the name of the addressee and the destination address if different to registered. We may need to contact you in order to do so.
Delivery times are given as an indication but cannot be guaranteed by GolfMission. GolfMission will not be responsible for delays in delivery times that occur outside of GolfMission control such as postal delays or force majeure. In the event that a delay or loss of order or item occurs, for which Royal Mail or Fedex accept or acknowledge responsibility, GolfMission reserves the right to delay the sending of duplicate or replacement items, or the issuing of refunds, until the claim against the carrier has been resolved.
International deliveries outside the EU may be subject to duty and custom charges for which the buyer is responsible. These taxes could result in a delay in delivery if items are held at customs. GolfMission does not refund these taxes should you wish to return the purchase.
In some cases, where Royal Mail or Fedex has been unable to secure a signature on delivery, the order will be held while the customer arranges a re-delivery. After a stated period the order will usually be returned GolfMission. GolfMission will resend the order to the customer, at the customer's expense. However, the 7 working day returns policy will apply to the date that initial delivery was made, not the date of re-delivery.

If you require next working day delivery, you will have to place your order before 1pm to ensure same day dispatch.
If we receive your order before 1pm Monday to Thursday we will dispatch it the same day. If we receive your order after 1pm, we will try our very best to dispatch it that day but during busy periods, this may not be possible so orders will be sent out the following day. If delays are anticipated you will be notified.
If you order after 1pm on a Friday, your goods will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Next day delivery orders placed on a Friday before 1pm should arrive the following Monday.
External factors may occasionally cause delays.
Overseas Delivery
Delivery costs for international orders do not include duty and custom charges, so you may be required to pay additional domestic sales taxes at the time of delivery. In the event that you wish to return your item, GolfMission is unable to refund import duty and local sales taxes.
Postage & Packaging
All goods are suitably packed in protective wrapping or a box.
The postage charge will appear on your screen as you go through the ordering stages of the purchase, and will depend on the weight of the package and destination. Overseas orders that exceed 2kg will be split into smaller packages to keep the postage costs as low as possible.
All deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail and will require a signature on receipt.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be in the original condition and saleable.
Refunds can be made only to the original purchaser (the receipt must be included with the returned goods).
GolfMission accepts returns sent back within 7 working days of delivery. To do this you must notify us in writing or by email.
Email info@playgolfmission.com The returned item must be sent back to us within 7 working days. We would recommend that you use insured and signed for carrier or post.
GolfMission is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, so buyers are advised to return goods using a signed for delivery service.

For items found to be faulty, full refund, replacement or exchange will be given. The replacement or exchange will be sent to you free of p&p. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before such refund, replacement or exchange can be given and to refuse it if the goods have been damaged by misuse.
If goods have been damaged in transit we must be notified within 48 hours from the time you have received your goods. If we can not provide the replacement, a full refund will be given.
No refunds will be given if, in GolfMission opinion, the item has been used, damaged, marked or altered in any way. Any items returned used, damaged, handled inappropriately, or returned outside of the 7 working days returns period will not be accepted and returned to the customer, at the customer's expense.
The value of the refund will exclude shipping costs. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes incurred by the purchaser are non-refundable.
International returns
Returning items from countries outside the EU: Packages must have a completed customs declaration. This should be adhered to the package with the check box OTHER ticked and the declaration should state Returned good originating in the EEC. GolfMission will not be responsible for customs duties.
The buyer must fully complete GolfMission returns process in order to return an item. Please see below info on How to Return. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items. GolfMission is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post, so buyers are advised to return goods using a signed for delivery service.
Once we have received the returned goods in their original condition we will refund the original credit or debit card used for the purchase. The refund will be for the full value of the order excluding the original delivery charge. We try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
How to return
Should you need to return or exchange an item you must do this within 7 working days of delivery.
1. Send an email to info@playgolfmission.com stating that you wish to return the item and your reason for the return. You will need to include your order number, name and address in this email.
2. GolfMission will email you to confirm we have received your returns notification email.
3. Within 7 working days of delivery send the item(s) back to GolfMission with the original receipt. We advise that items are returned by registered post as GolfMission is unable to accept any responsibility for items that fail to reach us. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items unless proven faulty.

4. Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund will be issued.
5. The refund will be for the full value of the order excluding the original delivery charge. We try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.

If you require a completely different item, you will need to place a new order online and return the original item for a refund.
If you have received a faulty item, or the item is not what you originally ordered, please email info@playgolfmission.com within 48 hours of delivery. Quote your order number, name and address, product details and the reason for return. Please also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then respond via email on how to proceed with your return.
Exchange will be made only if the original receipt is included with the goods returned.
Pricing, Descriptions & Availability
All prices advertised are subject to changes.
All prices are in British Pounds and include Value Added Tax. Should the rate of VAT change we reserve the right to adjust the price accordingly.
GolfMission will endeavour to ensure that all pricing, details and descriptions are accurate. Photographs are provided to give you an approximate idea of the item. Colours shown are only a guide as items viewed on a computer screen will be subject to slight colour variation.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on the GolfMission website are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. In the event of any accidental inaccuracies GolfMission reserves the right to amend any inaccurate prices or descriptions. If GolfMission identifies that an error has been made in the pricing, availability or description of the item(s) that a customer has purchased, GolfMission will notify the customer as soon as possible. The customer will have the option of re-confirming the order as per the updated details, or cancelling the order. In the event that the customer decides to cancel the order due to any inaccuracies, but the customer has already paid for the purchase, a full refund will be given.

How does it work & why we offer it?
GolfMission offers 24 Hour Non Cookie Hold & Reserve basket
The Non Cookie basket allows for real time shopping and ensures that the In Stock indicator is always true and up to date, removing the uncertainty of not knowing for sure, if an item is in stock and immediately available.
If you have placed it in your basket, it is yours for 24 hours.
Often we get asked: "why is an item showing out of stock after it has been placed in my basket?" The answer is: because it was the last one available and you have just reserved it or bought it.
From the time you have put your first item in your basket you have up to 24 hours, our system allows you to place chosen item in your basket and reserve it before you buy.
The basket is automatically emptied after the 24th hour, if any items remain unpurchased, or if you have forgotten to remove the unwanted items.
You can access the GolfMission shopping basket from any computer, simply Sign In to your account (top right menu) and come back to My Basket (top right menu), when you are ready to continue.
You can add, remove, and change the quantity of items at any point.
You may want to have more thinking time to decide, if and what you would like to purchase, discuss your purchase with someone later on, or check measurements, etc. before you buy.
On the rare occasion that we have made an error in our stock update, your item may disappear from your basket before the prescribed 24 hours holding time.
Should this be the case we will notify you.
Changes & Amendments
We reserve the right to change or amend the prices and specifications of all products offered for sale or to withdraw them from our web site without prior notice.
